 Doucuments required for China Multiple Entry Visa application
(Hong Kong Permanent ID card)

1 year or 3 years of Multiple Entry Visa is available

1. Original passport;
2. Original H.K.I.D. card copy;
3. Birth certificate and parents' passport copy are required ( If the applicant is under 18 yrs.);
4. One Passport Photo (4cm x cm, black and white or color);
5. Former Passport(s) ( If latest passport does not have current Visa or Immigration record );
6. If you do not have Hong Kong Permanent ID card,  3 no of photoes and single China entry visa are required.

Doucuments required for China Multiple Entry Visa application
(work visa / dependent visa)

The issue of Multiple Entry Visa depends on validity of HK visa

1. Original passport;
2. Original H.K.I.D. card copy;
3. Birth certificate and parents' passport copy are required ( If the applicant is under 18 yrs.);
4. One Passport Photo (4cm x cm, black and white or color);
5. Former Passport(s) ( If latest passport does not have current Visa or Immigration record );
6. If you do not have Hong Kong ID card,  3 no of photoes and single China entry visa are required.

Doucuments required for China Double Entry Visa application

1. Original passport;
2. H.K.I.D. card copy (if applicable);
3. Birth certificate and parents' passport copy are required ( If the applicant is under 18 yrs.);
4. One Passport Photo (4cm x cm, black and white or color).

5. Former Passport(s) ( If latest passport does not have current Visa or Immigration record )

REMARK*** When applying Visa, You do NOT have to present yourself, but you have to be IN Hong Kong.
